that a garment may be damaged or lost. Due to this factor a guideline must be established by Laundry21
for its customers to ensure that each problematic issue is dealt with in a uniform and proper manner.
By asking for service you agrre to the following stipulations in each of the below scenario.
Fading is a natural occurrence in laundering. There are some stains that have been scientifically proven not to apper until exposed to water, or heat. Such stains typically have sugar base.
In the event that a missing garment in Wash Dry Fold, Laundry21 assumes no responsability.
We are processing each order on individual base, after separating the garment by colors, still it is a bulk
service and We are Not identify each garment separately, so even if an inventory list is included it will
not be noted.
In the case that Wash Dry Fold Garment was actually damaged on Laundry21 behalf, our
damage policy covers up to ten times ( 10x) the production expense.
Laundry21 will Not be responsible for any reparation beyond $ 100.00, even if the order costs
over $ 10.00 to process. Futher, any single item will Not be valued beyond $ 50.00 for reinbusment.
Laundry21 and Drycleaning has the right to modify these terms of conditiona at any point, and/or
cancel/refuse service to any costumers based on conflict.
