Laundry21 exercises the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and uses industry standard processes, which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We assume no liability or responsibility for damage caused to articles due to manufacturing defect or failure, poor dye performance, mislabeling (including misleading representations in contravention of the Textile Labelling Act subsection 5(1), absence of a care label, buttons, buckles, zippers, trim, and ornaments, or the article's inability to withstand normal dry cleaning and/or laundering and/or wet cleaning procedures.
We assume no responsibility for articles left over 30 days. Any articles left over 45 days will be subject to a 10 % storage fee. Any articles left after 90 days may be donated to charity.
In the event of a claim due to our responsibility, we will, at our option, either repair the damage or compensate you in accordance with either the "International Fair Claims Guide", or the Claims Adjustment Procedures as recommended and approved by the Fabricare Association. Notwithstanding Laundry21 responsibility for any claim, its liability for an article shall be limited to an amount not to exceed 10 times the charge for servicing such article, and beyond $ 100.00, even if the garment costs over $ 10.00 to process. Further, any single items will Not be valued beyond $ 50.00 for reinburment. Laundry21 shall have a minimum of thirty days to settle any claims. All claims must be made at time of pick-up or delivery. Laundry21 will Not accept clams once your order has been accepted, and left our store.

Q: What is dry cleaning?

A: Dry cleaning is a method of removing stains from fabrics by using solvents and little or no water.

Q: Is it ok to leave my garments in the plastic bags from the dry cleaners?

A: Because plastic bags inhibit your garments’ ability to breath (and can promote mildew growth) we do not recommend that you store fabrics in plastic bags for long periods of time.
